So german lawyers, say its legal because Lawyers get paid on success rates.
They should see the "No win, No Fee" adverts in the uk, theid love to sue them!!
The lawyers they use are British, so in my opinion its legal what they are doing, as german laws do not dictate english lawyers.

Although, it would be great if their was something like this to trip them up with, they are legal imo. Even if they get shut down, all it is to re-establish is a different pay structure.
