I'm all for weed. to a point.
I'm thinking it should be legalized and controlled like alcohol.
I'd much rather go pick up an 8 pack of magic brownies then beer.
With weed you sit back relax and enjoy some tunes, smoke too much and you usually fall asleep, worst that could happen is your salsa/ice cream/random munchies spills cause you left it in your lap, and you're home cause you were too paranoid to drive anywhere.
Alcohol is not really the same, too much and you either fight, cry, puke or all three. And you usually think you're still cool to drive...

I am all for just making it legal. Tax it like you would smokes, booze.

You look at smoking cigarets, they kill tons of people, drinking, does the same. Then you look at weed, the only way you could kill some one with it is in a "drug war" due to underground sale, or dropping a huge amount of it on someone from a large hight.

Man I'll take a case of the muchies over a hangover any day.
