There is some changes, it wont really disturb or distort the story I think. Hit-Girl shines in the comic, but here she steals the whole movie as soon as she appears. She is absolutely brilliant, and the movie is very well done in all aspects. Over all it sticks very much to the basic story, and the two changes that are major dont really make the movie any lesser. Hope that will clear some doubts.

i fucking LOVED this flick. never read the comic, but now i am going to. some of the action sequences were the most brilliant ive seen in ages. honestly the fights might have been better than the ones in the Dark Knight. i dont get why so many people got their panties in a bunch over the little girl. for one thing, ITS A MOVIE...geesh. i guess people are just used to violence perpetrated by men and boys and it shocks them to see a girl fight. i thought it was cool and different. it would be fine by me if a chick wanted to defend me...i'll just sit back and let her open up some whoop-ass instead for a change!

I watched it twice in one night, fucking hilarious movie

Fucking great movie! One of the things I really liked about it was that it was fun to watch! I sat on the couch with pizza and beer and was thoroughly entertained! Going to watch it again this weekend
